1.2 Information from Connected Platforms

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts to the Service, we collect and process the following data on your behalf:

  • Facebook Page information (Page name, ID, follower count)

  • Posts published to your Facebook Page

  • Comments on your Facebook Page posts

  • Facebook Page insights and engagement metrics

  • Instagram Business account information

  • Instagram posts, captions, and media

  • Instagram comments and engagement metrics

This data is accessed using permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization flow. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service. We do not access personal Facebook or Instagram account data beyond what is required for the features you use.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits)

  • Device information (hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers)

  • Usage data (features used, actions taken within the Service)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

  • Manage your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts as directed by you

  • Generate AI-assisted content suggestions and marketing recommendations

  • Display analytics and insights from your connected accounts

  • Send you service-related communications and notifications

  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests

  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity

  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

  • Meta Platforms: Data from connected Facebook and Instagram accounts is transmitted to and from Meta Platforms, Inc. via their official Graph API. This is necessary to operate the Service.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Founders Everywhere, our users, or others.

  • Business Transfers: If Founders Everywhere is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Facebook and Instagram Data

Data accessed from Facebook and Instagram is used solely to provide the features of the Service to you. Specifically:

  • We do not use your Facebook or Instagram data to serve advertisements

  • We do not sell or transfer Facebook or Instagram data to third parties for their independent use

  • We do not use Facebook or Instagram data for purposes inconsistent with Meta's Platform Terms

  • Access tokens are stored securely and used only to make authorized API calls on your behalf

You may disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from the Service at any time. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your data through those platforms. You may also revoke app permissions directly through your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data and connected account data at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature within the Service

  • Emailing us at privacy@founderseverywhere.com

  • Using the data deletion request URL provided to Meta: https://fe.founderseverywhere.com/auth/delete

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
